Concerning the first point we control many times the wire both during the drawing and on the final result: the diameter, the surface, the tensile strenght. Besides we pay much attention to the quality of the raw material we use to redraw.

As to the second point, we always listen to the need of the customer concerning the way of packing, the time of delivery and for other type of problems. We always try to satisfy him or we try to find together a good solution. We follow the customer from the offer to after-sales matters.
